linen is not available. Villa has washing machine, iron, ironing board and
vacuum cleaner.

Coast/Beach
The sea is only 5 mins walk away, and the two nearest beaches with hotels and full facilities are each only 10 minutes walk away.

Golf
The villa is close to Guadalmina golf course, is 5 minutes drive from the 2 Atalya courses, and is well
located for easy access to the golf courses of the Costa del Sol.

Leisure Facilities
The Guadalmina and Atalaya hotels with all their social and sporting facilities are both only 10 minutes
walk away.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 35 mins drive via motorway and can be easily accessed from the house. An alternative
is to use Gibraltar airport which is approx 50 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Nearest supermarket and shopping complex is a 15 min walk away via the road through the golf course
and via a pram-friendly footbridge. San Pedro is 5 minutes and Puerto Banus is a 10 min drive away with
plenty of restaurants and shops. San Pedro has a lovely beach whilst Puerto Banus has a vibrant nightlife
centred around its marina.
