Rates

• All rates are inclusive of VAT.
• Rates are based on self-catering.
• Suites and Apartments are all provided with kitchenettes
• The “Sleep Continental Breakfast” is available on request at £6.00 per person
• Portable beds and sofa beds £20 / night / person Cots (bring your own linen) and highchairs available by arrangement at £5 per visit per item

Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure a booking, the balance payable 8 weeks before booking date.
• Daily bookings are from 4.00 p.m check-in with a 10.00 a.m check out
• No smoking within the premises
• Extra nights at lower rates – subject to availability
• Group bookings available to combine guests’ specific requirements
• Our rates are for guidance and may be amended at any time

• When checking in, please phone 0776 426 1233 to confirm expected time of arrival and then on your arrival in the car park
• You will then be taken to your chosen suite or apartment with a short introduction of the facilities and fire requirements.
• A guest information pack is provided in your suite with details of local restaurants and attractions.
