- Weekends minimum
2-night stay unless booked within 7 days of required date when one night
stays may be accepted subject to availability
- Portable beds and
sofa beds £20 / night / person
- Cots (bring your
own linen) and highchairs available by arrangement at £5 per visit
per item

Terms
- A non-refundable
deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. The
balance payable 8 weeks before booking date
- Daily bookings
are from 4.00 p.m check-in with a 10.00 a.m check out
- Weekly bookings
are from Saturday to Saturday
- No smoking within
the premises
- Low, medium and
high season rates are available
- Extra nights at
lower rates
- Group bookings
available to combine guests’ specific requirements
- Our rates are for
guidance and may be amended at any time
