Rates
- All rates are inclusive
of VAT
- Rates are based
on self-catering
- Continental breakfast
can be pre-ordered at a rate of £7.50 / person / night or a full
English breakfast served at a local inn.
- Weekends minimum
2-night stays unless booked within 7 days of required date when one
night stays may be accepted subject to availability
- Portable beds and
sofa beds £20 / night / person for children up to 12 years –
over 12 £30 / night
- Cots (bring your
own linen) and highchairs available by arrangement at £5 per visit

Terms
- A non-refundable
deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. The
balance payable 8 weeks before booking date.
- Daily bookings
are from 4.00 p.m check-in with a 10.00 a.m check out.
- Weekly bookings
are from Saturday to Saturday
- No smoking within
the premises
- Low, medium and
high season rates are available
- Extra nights at
lower rates
- Group bookings
available to combine guests’ specific requirements
- Our rates are for
guidance and may be amended at any time

| Check-in
and Check-out Procedure
Check-in
1. Check-in time is 4.00 p.m
2. When checking in, please phone 0776 426 1233 to confirm expected time
of arrival and then on your arrival in the car park, phone again and you
will be met in the Reception of Bagshaw Hall and given the door entry
code.
3. You will then be taken to your chosen suite or apartment with a short
introduction of the facilities and fire requirements.
4. A guest information pack is provided in your suite with details of
local restaurants and attractions.
5. Bagshaw Hall and Lodge have separate car parks, with the Hall off Bagshaw
Hill and the Lodge off Fly Hill.
